What we collect

When you book, we collect your name, mobile number, service address, vehicle details and any notes you add. We use this only to schedule and perform your detail and to contact you about it.

Text messages

If you agree at booking, we text you about that appointment: a confirmation, a reminder, an arrival notice and a completion notice (about 3–5 messages per booking). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Your number is shared only with our messaging provider so the texts can be delivered.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for up to two years for scheduling and tax purposes, then delete them. Ask us any time to delete your information sooner.
